Job summary
Under general supervision, the Intake and Triage (I&T) Specialist reviews, monitors, and ensures compliance with DBHDD's policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. Conducts reviews of provider self-reported incidents or constituent reported complaints occurring in Drug Abuse Treatment and Education Programs (DATEP), Narcotic Treatment Programs (NTP), Adult Residential Mental Health Programs (ARMHP), or Community Living Arrangements (CLA).
