Responsibilities
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled ultrasound technologist to be responsible for operating sonographic scanners to capture images of patients' internal organs and expectant mothers' developing fetuses. The ultrasound technologist may specialize or work in a broad array of specialties including obstetric and gynecological ultrasounds, breast, or abdominal sonography. You may also assist radiologists with vascular ultrasound procedure and ultrasound-guided biopsies.
To be a successful ultrasound technologist, you should have excellent patient service and technical skills, as well as a strong working knowledge of anatomy and pathology. You should have strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
