    Nurse ManagerThe Nurse Manager provides leadership for a team of nurses in an Adult Residential setting.

    This includes establishing a professional relationship, helping to resolve clinical and administrative issues as they arise, giving feedback on performance, and facilitating an atmosphere in which excellence in client care is provided.


    Schedule:
    Full Time, 1.0 FTE, 40hr/wkMon, Weds, Fri 8a-4:30p, Tues & Thurs 10a-6:30p with some flexibility as neededWeekend on-call rotation once monthly

    How Nurse Managers Empower Recovery:

    Coach and mentor nursing staff at the site and ensure accuracy and quality of care providedConduct performance reviews and performance conversations with direct reports.

    Assist in the creation of appropriate development plans for staff as neededPartners with site director in hiring nurse staff for a residential facilityEnsures proper training of all new nursesCollaborates with the Director of Nursing in the implementation of new policies and procedures for the program and site needsCollaborates with the Administrative Coordinator and Site Director on day-to-day nursing staffing issues unfilled shifts and site needsProvides care management patients in special programs or facilities and performs follow-ups including returning phone calls, processing lab results, and maintaining paperworkProvides client care, assesses and treats health concerns appropriatelyQualifications:Graduate of an accredited course of study in nursing requiredLicensed as an RN in the state of employment3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role preferredMust have a valid driver's license in the state of employmentCurrent Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 30 days from the date of hireQualified in Minnesota as a Mental Health Practitioner requiredWhat we offer:
