This is a post-grad entry level position.
Must send resume and social media portfolio that includes at least 3 Instagram static-post samples, 3 Instagram Reels, and TikToks to -
$22-$24/hour, full-time
Position is hybrid with one day per week in office
Candidates must be based in San Diego County in order to support our clients.

Responsibilities

Work with social media manager to manage client and agency social media accounts, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and Linkedin
Communicate client brand through visually engaging content and captions
Create, manage and obtain approval on monthly content calendars and posts
Communicate with clients for edits and approval on content and posts
Create on-brand and timely instagram stories, IG reels and TikTok videos
Manage and execute content photo sessions, from hiring photographer, creating shot list, onsite facilitation of photo shoots and more
Manage image libraries, gathering content from: account teams, user generated posts, and influencers posts
Boost posts and manage paid campaign budgets where applicable
Manage communication with influencers from contract through to execution of campaigns
Cultivate content during client and team events in real time
Create supplemental imagery and content on behalf of clients as needed
Research trends, stay up-to-date on the news cycle, and industry news
Write brand documents including fact sheet, pitches and press releases
Create monthly reports for clients outlining successes and recommendations for campaigns, strategies, new tools and tactics

Experience

Internship experience managing social media campaigns is required
Content creation skills are preferred: photography, design, video
Experience with Canva is preferred but not required
Be familiar with platforms for scheduling posts and measuring ROI
Be a self-starter, extremely organized and able to manage several clients and projects at once with your great time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
