- Track current and future operations, making recommendations both internally and externally to SOCSOUTH.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications to and from SOCSOUTH HQ, maintaining a high level of situational awareness.
- Supervise and lead the Battlewatch Support Team, providing oversight and management of all Battlewatch Specialists.
- Recommend procedural and/or contractual changes to optimize internal efficiencies.
- Monitor daily activities of all contract personnel, ensuring satisfactory completion of assigned work and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee and perform quality checks of deliverables produced by contract personnel.
- Coordinate workflow across all J3 Divisions within SOCSOUTH HQs.
- Maintain SME-level knowledge of operational-level details associated with USSOF operations within the USSOUTHCOM AOR.
- Compile and build weekly and monthly reporting requirements, as well as Command Update briefings.
- Maintain daily communications with counterparts at various commands including USSOCOM, USSOUTHCOM, and others, relaying pertinent information to appropriate J3 staff. Qualifications 10 years of SOF military experience with a minimum of 3 years working within or for a HQs focused within the USSOUTHCOM AOR.
- Minimum of 2 years serving in an operational or strategic level headquarters (O-6 HQs or above) with demonstrated experience managing reporting requirements and coordinating daily operational meetings.
- Minimum of 3 years in supervisory positions, demonstrating experience in senior contract management for up to 23 FTE contract employees.
- Current TS/SCI clearance. List of items coming to and from SOCSOUTH HQs that the J3 Current Operations Integrator/Senior Contract Manager will be exposed to include but is not limited to
- Daily and Weekly reports from deployed USSOF
- CCIRs from deployed forces and assigned forces at SOCSOUTH
- Location and allocation of USSOF assets forward deployed

Threat Tec is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of J3 Current Operations Integrator/Senior Contract Manager (TASK LEAD) in support of the Special Operations Command South (SOCSOUTH), Directorate of Operations Program Support (DOPS).
The ideal candidate will have a background in Special Operations Forces (SOF) military experience with a strong understanding of operations within the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Responsibilities * Manage all Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) and oversee the overall execution of the contract, including technical and quality control oversight.
