- Maintain working environment in the laboratory; order supplies as needed; prepare necessary reagents.
- Conduct human immunology experiments using the following techniques: cell culture
- RNA isolation
- CRISPR genome editing
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, including the use of Microsoft Excel, graphing software and technique-specific programs.
- Maintain excellent record keeping and written communication via E-mail.
- Assist in the preparation of manuscripts and figures for publication and presentation.
- Collaborate in groups to complete joint projects.
- Comply with all CU training and compliances as required.
- Any other related duties as assigned by PI and/or Manager.
- Performs related duties & responsibilities as assigned/requested.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience required.
- Master's degree in science or related field preferred.

Position Summary
The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a Research Coordinator to join our team in a full-time position to work within the division of Immunogenetics.
In this position, one will contribute to cutting-edge research studying rare mutations in the immune system that cause severe disease in humans.
Working semi-independently with close mentorship and a collaborative team, a technician will conduct various immunology and genetics experiments. Opportunities available to learn advanced skills and interface with the medical school.
