Part-Time Business Automation Specialist (Remote) - Law Firm

We are a forward-thinking law firm looking to modernize and streamline our CRM and project management processes through automation and AI integration.

Role Overview

As a Business Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for automating workflows, integrating applications, and improving our CRM and project management processes. You'll leverage low-code/no-code tools to build seamless automations and should be comfortable working with APIs to connect different platforms.

Responsibilities

Automate business processes using Monday.com, Zoho, Zapier, and Google Workspace.
Optimize CRM and project management workflows to improve efficiency.
Integrate AI tools into existing workflows and help develop custom AI agents/solutions.
Work with APIs to connect and enhance various software applications.
Document processes and provide training or guidelines for staff as needed.
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to technology and automation.
Stay up to date with emerging AI and automation trends, particularly in the legal industry.

Requirements

Experience with Monday.com, Zoho, Zapier, and Google Workspace (or willingness to learn).
Familiarity with APIs and ability to set up integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to explain automation and tech solutions in simple, non-technical terms.
Interest in AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
Coding experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar) is a big plus but not required.
Interest in law/legal tech is a plus but not mandatory.
