    Primary job responsibilities include updating, maintaining, and improving efficicencies of the SAP financial modules.
    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, management information system, or a related field.

    Two years of relevant professional experience in SAP which includes transports and configuration, computer hardware and software applications, network or in person training.

    Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills.
    Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and project a positive image.
    Ability to perform the essential functions and requirements of the job.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Duties & Responsibilities

    Analyze present systems and procedures.

    Serve as project assistant in system implementations and upgrades in accounting, purchasing, accounts payable, fixed assets material management and other financial related systems.

    Assist in the development and coordination of interface between the financial and other administrative systems.
    Assist in the coordination of all technology issues and initiatives for Financial Affairs related to core financial systems.

    Assist in the identification and management efforts to increase operational efficiency in Financial Affairs departments through greater use of technology.

    Serve as a resource person for oversight and development of technology and system training for Financial Affairs staff.
    Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
    Write documentation and training materials for presentation/training to campus departments.
    Apply creativity in utilizing technical skills and theory knowledge to the resolution of assigned projects.
    Independent research to recommend efficiencies in processes.
    Serve as primary liaison with SAP technical support.
