Job description
Assists with overseeing the day-to-day operations of contract and procurement operations. Prepares moderately complex contracts, proposals, and requests and negotiates contract terms and conditions. Ensures accuracy of orders, compliance with regulations, and proper distribution of required paperwork. Conducts bid openings and provides bidding services. Solicits, tracks, and maintains vendor information and database.Planning and Design Administration

Essential Functions
Assists with overseeing the day-to-day operations of contract and procurement operations; ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
Prepares moderately complex contracts, proposals, and requests; reviews and negotiates contract terms and conditions.
Ensures contract files, orders, and databases are accurate and up to date; enters purchase orders into database.
Conducts bid openings and provides bidding services.
Ensures required paperwork is received by all involved professionals and contractors.
Solicits and tracks vendor information; maintains vendor database and contract files.
Assists with other contract requirements and special projects as needed.

Physical Effort Required Sample Statement Light Little physical effort required. Duties are primarily sedentary. May be required to move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally.
