Position: Registered Nurse

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.00

Shift: Full Time Nights

Location: Summit Hospital - Show Low, Arizona

Unit: Intensive Care

Unit Details: In our 12-bed unit, we offer unique opportunities to care for ICU and PCU level patients with the support of our in-house providers and our dynamic Telehealth teams. We care for a variety of patient populations alongside our in-house Dialysis team, Cath Lab team, and Cardiopulmonary team as we continue to grow as professionals.

Nursing ratio is 2:1 patient to nurse ratio with supportive staff including unit secretary, and patient care techs.

Patients include:
➔ Diabetic Ketoacidosis
➔ Alcohol and drug withdrawal
➔ Respiratory failure
➔ Pneumonia
➔ COPD exacerbation
➔ Cardiac diseases
➔ ST- elevated myocardial infarction (STEMI)
➔ Non-ST elevated myocardial infarction (NSTEMI)
➔ Post- cath lab care
➔ Acute cerebrovascular accident (CVA) with Tissue
plasminogen activator (tPA) infusion
➔ GI bleed
➔ Post-op patients
➔ Vascular surgery (CEA, AAA, EVAR)

Must Haves:

• RN License
• RN Degree
• ACLS
