RN - Observation Unit/Clinical Decision Unit 1:5 nurse to patient ratio Base Rate + Queue Care Add-On = Blended Hourly Rate $2.
On Salary Range:
$32.00/HR $2/hr Night Add-On 15% Night Shift Diff (Based off base rate)
When calculating base rate, HR will take into account any & all prior healthcare experience Sign On Bonus:
$7,500 Days & $10,000 Nights Relocation can be paid from the sign on bonus at 100 days of employment. RN - Observation Unit/Clinical Decision Unit Similar to a Med/Surg floor for patients designed to stay 1-2 days, just for general observation.
