Job summary
We are hiring a Service Desk Analyst at Kisco Senior Living. This position is responsible for ensuring proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks.This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee computer-related problems
- Assist with implementation and supporting 1st level reported issues with SharePoint online
- Plan and work with Level 2 and 3 Engineers to implement EMS and MDM solutions
- Design and implement autopilot with Level 2 and 3 Engineers
- Perform installations adds moves changes PCs monitors printers related peripherals Setup install patch deploy Window-based computers Help troubleshoot computers VoIP telephone systems wireless network Password resets/account lockout Ensure backups properly performed required Perform archive restores Work with our IT team to implement new software hardware technologies Track maintain equipment devices inventory Other duties may assigned accordingly depending on issues changing throughout day Create procedures documentation align ITIL ITS best practices Responsible maintenance configuration reliable operation computer systems servers virtualization Rotating On-Call between Service Desk Team members Install upgrade components software integrate automation processes Troubleshoot hardware software errors running diagnostics documenting problems resolutions prioritizing problems assessing impact issues Provide documentation technical specifications staff planning implementing upgrades IT infrastructure Perform delegate regular backup operations implementing appropriate processes data protection disaster recovery failover procedures Support troubleshoot tier server networking related issues
