    We are seeking passionate and dedicated Crisis Stabilization Clinicians to join our team at Easterseals Iowa. The Crisis Stabilization Clinician will play a vital role in providing immediate intervention and support to individuals experiencing mental health crises, promoting stabilization and connecting them with appropriate resources for ongoing care.

    Responsibilities Include:

    -Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in crisis to determine immediate needs and appropriate interventions.

    -Provide clinical supports both at our residential location at Camp Sunnyside as well as in the community, serving Polk County and the greater Des Moines metro area.

    -Provide crisis intervention services, including counseling, de-escalation techniques, and action planning.

    -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to coordinate follow-up care and support services.

    -Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress towards stabilization goals.

    -Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

    Loan Repayment Option:

    As part of our commitment to supporting our employees' professional growth and financial well-being, Easterseals Iowa team members are able to apply for a loan repayment option of $20,000 for eligible candidates through Polk County jthat work Full Time hours. This incentive is designed to assist individuals in managing their student loan debt while making a positive impact in the lives of others, receiving support from Polk County's safety net providers.

    Benefits:

    -Currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid at 90 days and 6 months for Full Time employees. Sign-on bonus of $2,500 for Part-Time employees.

    -Competitive salary commensurate with experience. The salary range for the Crisis Stabilization Clinician position is $57,200 to $74,360 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, Easterseals Iowa offers a bilingual pay differential of $5,000 per year for clinicians fluent in languages other than English, or $2.50 more per hour for part-time team members.     Interview process consists of first phone interview with Recruitment and Talent Development Coordinator and 2nd in person interview with Department Specific Team Leader.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    -Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

    -Licensed or eligible for licensure as an t-LMHC, LMHC, LMSW, LISW, t-LMFT, or LMFT in the State of Iowa.

    -Experience working in crisis intervention or mental health services preferred.

    -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Full-time opening, generally 10-hour days- Wednesday through Saturday
