Job description
Financial & Accounting Administration:
- Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage AP/AR, including accurate invoice coding and approval workflows.
- Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations with high precision.
- CFO Support: Assist our CFO with the monthly close, annual filings, insurance audits, and tax preparation.
- Data Integrity: Maintain daily data entry for operations and business reporting.
Office & Logistics Operations:
- Logistics Management: Book inbound and outbound shipments via logistics brokers (Freight/Distribution experience is a major plus).
- Office Command: Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operations, visitors, and inbound communication.
- Inventory: Monitor and reorder supplies to keep our team running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of office management and full-charge bookkeeping experience.
- Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Detailed: Proven experience managing the details of bookkeeping while dealing with outside distractions.
- Self-Directed: Capability to manage priorities independently in a dynamic, small-company environment.
