    Job description:
    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend systems using Java and related technologies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
    • Optimize and refactor existing codebase for improved performance and maintainability.
    • Implement automated testing and continuous integration to ensure high-quality code and rapid delivery.
    • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime.
    • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the development team.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Java backend development.
    • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other related frameworks and libraries.
    • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and data structures.
    • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
    • Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
