    Summary/General Description of Job:


    As a Field Engineer, reporting to the Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and manage field operations, assist in increasing client satisfaction, and offer technical support.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Ensure on-site efficiency and safety at all times.

    Coordinate with Project Manager to manage and track new hires, onboarding paperwork, daily reports and timesheets in a timely manner.

    Scheduling of activities to be completed.
    Provide ongoing feedback to on-site staff.
    Attend daily/weekly meetings to discuss the progress of the project, update required personnel as required.
    Notify management of any employee issues and/or concerns.

    Responsible for tracking all project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of the project and end users.

    Provide periodical reports, as instructed and required, to management and obtain management approval as required.
    Lead, manage and motivate project teams and members successfully.
    Interact with clients, interpret their needs and requirements, and represent them in the field.
    Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and report on the project's status.
    Cooperate and communicate with the project manager and other project participants and collaborate with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods
    Review the engineering tasks and initiate the necessary corrective actions.
    Ensure the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

    Minimum Requirements:
    A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
    A valid engineering license is preferred.
    2 or more years' field and project planning experience.
    Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
    The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
    Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
