    • Salary Range - $145-155k
    • MUST BE A REGISTERED NURSE

    Job purpose

    • The Director of Educational Services directs corporate and departmental training programs' design, planning, and implementation and monitors and evaluates their effectiveness. This role will define operating objectives and training plans to meet the Organization's short—and long-term goals and actively search for, creatively design, and implement effective methods to educate and enhance staff performance. The Director of Educational Services will also provide guidance to the Education/Staff Development Team.
