    Are you a certified Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a new opportunity? Are you a passionate about working with students? We are looking for a full-time, 1:1 Registered Nurse (RN) near Monroe, North Carolina for the full school year.

    About the Position:

    • 08/02/ /23/2025
    • Full-time position / 37.5 hours a week
    • $24 - $43 an hour, depending on previous experience
    • Caseload: 11 with a high school student with Trach's

    About the Responsibilities

    • Provide dedicated nursing care to one student, including monitoring health status, administering medications, and performing medical procedures as prescribed.
    • Develop and maintain a healthcare plan in collaboration with the school health team, the students family, and healthcare providers.
    • Respond to and manage acute medical situations related to the students condition.
    • Ensure that all medical interventions and care are documented in accordance with school policies and state regulations.
    • Serve as a liaison between the students family, school personnel, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and communicate the students health status.
    • Participate in school meetings related to the students health and educational plans.
    • Maintain student privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant laws.

    About You:

    • Must have Bachelors Degree in Nursing
    • Must have active RN North Carolina License or a Compact License
    • Must have training in tracheostomy care
    • Must be willing/able for AM/PM bus duties
    • Must have previous experience with individual health plans or plan of care
    • Must have experience in health evaluations assessments
