About The Role

You'll leverage your network, killer outreach skills and modern sales tools to land marquee clients and drive explosive growth for AES.
Key Responsibilities
Own the hunt and sell IT staffing solutions (recruitment + contingent labor) directly to mid-sized and large commercial clients across all industries.
Target and penetrate key accounts with sharp messaging and smart execution.
Build and manage a high-velocity pipeline using ZoomInfo, HubSpot and other CRM/sales tools.
Win deals by partnering closely with recruiting and delivery teams to deliver top talent fast.
Be the face of AES at conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
Qualifications
2+ years of proven success selling IT staffing solutions (recruitment + contingent labor) to commercial clients
A strong personal network and the grit to win through cold calling and targeted outreach.
Hands-on experience with sales intelligence platforms and CRM systems
A track record of beating quotas and thriving in high-performance sales environments.
Fearless communication and negotiation skills that open doors and close business.
A self-starter mindset — you don't wait for opportunities, you create them.
