- Promote home health services to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, internal medicine, and other medical service providers.
- Execute client outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and walk-ins.
- Ability to utilize the company CRM to identify new leads, create and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings for the Senior Sales Representative to close on prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate at a high level with the Senior Sales Representative on a regular basis and schedule their meetings to close on prospective clients.
- Valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Reliable vehicle.
- Negative TB Test Result
- Covid19 Vaccination Record
- Flu Shot
- Hep B test result
- Immunizations (TDaP, MMR, Varicella)
- Preferably 1 year experience doing sales in Home Health or Hospice Setting
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to utilize the company CRM.
- Requires field work

ABOUT THE POSITION:As an entry-level sales representative, the Junior Sales Representative will help reach the sales targets set by the sales director and is expected to help increase sales by positively representing the Palmeira brand by promoting home health services to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, internal medicine, and other medical service providers. The Junior Sales Representative will closely work with the senior sales representative to execute client outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and walk-ins by effectively communicating on a regular basis.
