Boeing is seeking a System Engineer – ODA System Oversight to join our team in Everett, WA.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate, Experienced or Senior System Engineers.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyze large data set synthesize data & Develop model frameworks
• Cross functional coordination with SMEs to validate the system model approach
• Perform Model analysis to identify potential deficiencies in the system
• Make recommendation to resolve deficiencies and to ensure compliance requirements are met (relay on the KPI to make the recommendations)
• Strong analytical skill with the ability to analyze data and formulate strategic recommendations
• Develop Experience managing complex programs models, setting goals manage progress, executing roadmaps and interface with cross functional team
• Using statistical practices, analyze current and historical data to make predictions, identify risk and opportunities, enabling better decision on planned/future events
• Provide analytics insights opportunities for improvement and solutions to solve complex business models
• Develop and implement key performance/control indicators to assess and enable process effectiveness Track and analyze risk metrics
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring team
• Excellent communication skill with the ability to collaborate and influence both internal and external stakeholders

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• Experience in engineering

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in system engineering
• Experience with Bowtie Methodology
• Functional Decomposition
• Firsthand experience with airplane requirements
• Experience with Macros, Pivot tables, Database compare, Visio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL.

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate (Level 2):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Mid-level (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Experienced (Level 4):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for associate Level 2 : $87,550 - $118,450

Summary pay range for Mid-Level Level 3 : $104,550 - $141,450

Summary pay range for Experienced Level 4 : $128,350 - $173,650
