We are working with a Rapidly growing organization in North Atlanta, Alpharetta. The company is growing both organically and through acquisition. We are looking for a dynamic HR Director to help with the growth and post-merger acquisition people integration.

Responsibilities :
The position is going to be over the field operations and recruitingYou will supervise three people - 2 HR Managers and a Recruiter and one staff (in the future)

Qualifications:
(7-10) years proven experience in high growth environmentsBS DegreeAcquisition experience is a huge plusPHR or SPHR certification is a Must25% travelCompensation :Base salary $105k - $120k3 weeks vacationMDV, 401kNote
