Your Role:

Our successful Marketing Manager promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner.

They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.

Keys to Success:
College degree required, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred. Communications or equivalent job experience.
Three (3) to five (5) years marketing experience with emphasis on gaming or entertainment.
Strong project management, attention to detail, and communication skills required.
Superior writing, organization and the ability to multi-task and manage time a must.
Desire to work in a fast-paced work environment with knowledge of digital marketing, direct marketing and promotions.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Assist the Assistant Corporate Director of Marketing with conceptualizing and planning promotions, and provides general marketing support for all properties.

Plans and coordinates promotional and marketing campaigns that support company goals.

Responsible for onsite logistics for Saratoga Casino Hotel promotions and events; including observer schedule, monthly cage requests, Lottery FPAFs and ordering promotional support materials.

Works closely with all members of marketing staff including Saratoga Club to ensure promotions and marketing programs are effectively communicated, coordinated and executed.

Responsible for coordination and implementation of all areas of marketing support for Hotel, Entertainment and Food & Beverage outlets at Saratoga Casino Hotel
Create copy, edit and proof marketing materials for various initiatives.
Assist with content for, and monitoring of social media platforms; includes maintaining an overall positive tone, responding to guests and working with internal departments to address social media questions/complaints
Research casino promotions and events.
Interfaces daily with personnel from various departments.
Acts with discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling of sensitive information.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
