    • Supervise branch team members to provide a full range of services to members and prospects

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Show proficiency in Advia products and services and coach the team in matching them to member needs
    • Provide coaching to increase deposits and loan productions
    • Ensure smooth operational functionality of the branch while resolving member inquiries promptly

    Requirements:

    Experience: Three to five years in a similar role
    Education: Two-year college degree or equivalent
    Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated trust, credibility, and diplomacy

    Physical Requirements:

    • Perform primarily sedentary work with occasional lifting
    • Capable of operating routine office equipment
    • Capable of working extended hours when necessary

    Working Conditions:

    • Work indoors in a climate-controlled environment with minimal noise

    Mental and/or Emotional Requirements:

    Perform job functions independently or as part of a team
    Deal with various personalities professionally and with discretion
    Handle multiple priorities effectively under pressure
