    Job Description
    QuantalRF is seeking a highly motivated individual to play a key technical role in the development and evolution of its emerging RF/wireless technology. The candidate must be able to demonstrate significant knowledge of RF systems engineering, in particular for cellular, Wi-Fi, BT, and 5G applications. They should also possess the capability to think of out-of-the-box solutions to problems and seamlessly interface between customers and internal members of the validation and design teams. Typical responsibilities include:
    • Providing technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and issues related to the bring-up and performance of our evaluation kits.
    • Working closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues in product integration to achieve successful design-wins.
    • Developing and optimizing reference EVK designs to showcase the capabilities of our products.
    • Writing datasheets, application notes, training materials, and other documentation for customers.
    • Collaborating with internal design teams to provide feedback on product performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
    • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development.
    Required Skills and Experience
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of RF systems engineering, in particular for cellular, Wi-Fi, BT, and 5G applications with more than 10 years of experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Familiarity with RF Front-End parameters such as NF, noise circles, IP2/IM2, IP3/IM3, Gain modes, S-parameters, as well as Tx path PAE, Gain, ACLR, power sweep, Rx Band Noise, harmonics, Spectrum Emission Mask, etc.
    • Hands-on experience with testing and characterization equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.
    • Experience in developing reference designs and documentation.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Willingness to travel for customer visits, field testing, and industry events.
    Additional Desirable Skills and Experience
    • Experience in related fields such as RFIC design or silicon bench validation/characterization.
    • Experience in working in one or more startup companies.
