Job Description Summary
The Lead Project Management Specialist 1 supports assigned project teams in creating and maintaining monthly, weekly and daily scheduling/cost/metric and adhoc reports during the design and construction of new nuclear power plants. Additional focus will be made towards development of reports for change management, resource profiles, projects' budgets, cost trends, forecast and cashflows.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
As the Lead Project Management Specialist 1, you will:
- Be responsible for on-time Scheduling reports
- Assist Project Controls Lead in organizing project cost structure
- Support the development and deployment of project infrastructure and project tools
- Support the detailed scheduling effort for assigned projects within the Oracle Primavera P6 enterprise software following a structured process and project controls requirements
- Professionally interface with internal stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Analyze and forecast business needs for both demand and supply capability
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 15 years of Nuclear experience working on projects in information management, business analyst, project coordination and database development roles.

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Demonstrated organizational skills, particularly when related to project execution
- Discrete with confidential information
- Familiar with Primavera P6 software and how to add in and extract data
- Fundamental-level financial or accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of the nuclear/power industry, customer, and competitive environment
- Demonstrated ability developing reports for project budget, schedule, and quality objectives
- Financial control knowledge and understanding
- Demonstrated professional interpersonal and leadership skills, including high level of motivation, integrity, and self-confidence
- Ability to take initiative and to work independently
- Extreme attention to detail, follow up, highly organized
- Demonstrated ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Strong process orientation in approach to work
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.

#LI-Remote - This is a remote positionFor candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $166, The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
