Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with an American multinational beauty company. We are searching for a Compliance Analyst for a 6 month hybrid assignment in Morris Plains, NJ. This person would be responsible for cosmetic regulatory compliance on the global team.

Job Description:

•Collection of the relevant documentation from our contract manufacturers

•Review and assess completeness, consistency and accuracy of the documents received

•Ensure compliance of the products, raw materials, packaging, coordinate all relevant internal approvals, including but not limiting regulatory peers sign-off

•Prepare the Product Information File and any technical documentation needed for the purpose of registration.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a regulatory role specifically on cosmetics.

• BS in sciences, cosmetics

• Good communication skills

• Project management with very strong organizational skills

• Proficient with IT tools, eager to learn and navigate in new IT environments
