Job summary

The Office of the Second Judicial District Attorney improves the quality of life of the citizens of Bernalillo County by reducing crime through thoughtful enforcement of the law and the development of a criminal justice system.
The Diversion Prosecutor will work with various entities within the Second Judicial District Attorney's Office to evaluate cases to identify lower-level offenders to determine the best course of action in reducing recidivism for the specific offender.
