    Position Purpose

    This key role involves managing Sleep Number's end-user computing environment at our Irmo, SC site. Responsibilities include handling device, application, and connectivity issues for various technology devices. Additionally, this senior position plays a crucial role in projects related to End-User Computing.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Supports manufacturing, distribution, and corporate projects with testing and technical configurations
    • Aids in deploying technology for retail and headquarters
    • Stays updated on the latest technology trends to benefit the organization
    • Resolves complex incidents and communicates effectively within the department
    • Contributes to long-term technology and business strategies
    • Provides mentorship to junior staff members

    Position Requirements

    • 5+ years' experience in a similar support role
    • Proficiency in LAN networking and hardware/software troubleshooting
    • Experience with application deployment and remote tools
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
    • Experience in asset management software
