    Job Description
    Establish Submittals/Closeout Mgmt Systems and maintain detail procedures for submitting, review, coordination, approval, distribution of various
    submittals/closeout docs. Provides direction & communication to the departments to expedite the submittal approval process. Coordinates with contract
    administration, estimating & purchasing personnel in the final development of bid packages. Review vendors & subcontractors schedule to prepare the
    general work schedule in coordination with the PM; assist in processing RFI's/CO's; assists in site safety inspections, mgmt of subcontractor safety
    compliance & quality assurance; evaluate & approve subcontractor pay requests; prepare progress billing based on percentage complete; monitor actual
    job costs to estimated cost versus job progress.
    Standard Duties

    • Works with the Contract Administrator, foremen and estimating and purchasing personnel in the final development of bid packages and baseline
    construction schedule. Establishes and maintains detail procedures for the submittal, review, coordination, approval and distribution of shop drawings,
    samples, etc. Reviews customer specifications and drawings to determine appropriate hardware and equipment. Collect in-house procedure and
    process documents for submittal to customer and approval. Reviews vendor and subcontractor schedules to prepare the general work schedule as
    coordinated with the Vice President. Expedites vendor estimates and proposals to prepare appropriate company estimates and proposals for changes
    to existing contracts. Evaluate subcontractor pay requests relative to actual work performed. Prepare progress billing based on percentage complete.
    Monitor actual job costs to estimated cost versus job progress. Approves subcontractor payment requests, compares to schedule of values and
    coordinate payment request with Contracts Administrator. Perform internal audits to support quality assurance procedures and certifications. Assist in
    on-going training and certification of employees.
    Requirements
    High School degree.
    Capabilities
    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals. Good oral and written communication skills.

    Bending, stooping, climbing, lifting up to 25 pounds

    Computer, standard computer peripherals, common office equipment.
