    We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Front Office Senior Administrator to join our fast-paced, ever-evolving team.

    This is a permanent position that requires a proactive, organized, and service-oriented professional.


    You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, playing a crucial role in establishing a positive company image.

    Your role will involve a wide range of activities including coordination, administration, and office management.

    Responsibilities:
    As a Front Office Senior Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to: 1.

    Overseeing all front office operations and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

    2.

    Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and events.

    3.

    Handling administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

    4.

    Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

    5.

    Providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.

    6.

    Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.

    7.

    Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

    8.

    Coordinating with the HR team to maintain office policies as necessary.

    9.

    Organizing travel arrangements for senior executives.

    10.

    Overseeing administrative procedures and process for assigned areas.

    Qualifications:
    To be successful in this role, you will need: 1.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior administrative role, preferably in a front office setting.

    2.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    3.

    Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.

    4.

    High degree of multitasking and time management capability.

    5.

    Exceptional customer service skills.

    6.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    7.

    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    8.

    Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.

    9.

    High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field will be a plus.

    10.

    Experience in scheduling, administrative procedures, and project management will be an advantage.
