    The Client Services team is responsible for managing and growing Roku's partnerships with Advertisers and ultimately enabling our clients to reach their business objectives.

    About the role The Account Manager role is a strategic partner to Client Services Managers & Sales.

    This position plays a key role in ensuring campaign success & communicating key campaign learnings to better support our clients.

    This key team member is integral in helping the business & Operations team to maximize optimization, revenue run & client services.

    This individual will have a passion for data, process and customer success and will be closely aligned with other client services team members and cross-functional groups.

    This position requires strong communication skills and strong attention to detail, in a fast-paced sales environment. Support advertiser success & learnings with the Roku platform, in partnership with Client Services & Business Operations.

    The expectations placed on the Account Manger role within the Political Ad Sales team are largely similar to the broader Client Services team but will have a few key differences.

    During peak season when political campaigns are in full swing and advertising heavily, there may be times when an adjusted schedule is required in order to meet the unique needs of political advertisers.

    Timeliness, with respect to both response time and communication of core campaign needs such as inventory availability and campaign adjustments, is an area of greater importance for this role, and candidates should be prepared to adopt an accommodating approach to client needs.

    Roku, and particularly the Political Ad Sales Team, is non-partisan, works with the full spectrum of political advertisers, and promises the same end-to-end client experience to all political advertisers; the Account Manager should prepare to be apolitical and show no evidence of personal bias or political affinity.

    As an Account Manager within the Political Advertising sales team, you will work to support the Ad Sales and Client Services teams.

    Account Managers at Roku are involved in each step of launch, execution & post- sales from client launches to billing.

    • The estimated annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $135,000 annually.

    Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

    What you'll be doing Serve as the lead day-to-day POC for advertiser/ad agency relationships on campaign management Pro-actively manage renewal and up-sell opportunities for all current clients Partner closely with Ad Ops & other Business Operations Teams on campaign activations & optimizations Frequent monitoring & reporting campaigns status to key stakeholders - including external and internal campaign updates, recaps & useful insights, screen grabs, and video captures Ensure on time & ease of launch for clients for all product offerings Serve as the liaison between the client, Roku creative services and ad operation teams - support Roku Best Practices & Ad Guidelines on design and approach for assets Provide regularly scheduled communications and campaign updates with clients and internal stakeholders - you are responsible for keeping all parties informed and on schedule, a monumental and complex task Be comfortable presenting insights, data & campaign metrics during client meetings and/or QBRs Develop a keen understanding of how the Roku platform and unique ad products will deliver brand value in support of the clients advertising goals Support Roku billing efforts for our clients from invoice to payout We're excited if you have 3+ years experience in account management/client services an ad tech or media company Experience in display and video advertising with a premium publisher or agency Experience in Programmatic video executions and workflows Reporting intelligence with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint & Tableau Strong desire for collaboration, creative brainstorms and proactive client engagement Familiar with commercial digital ad serving tools for video and display Analytical, project management, deadline-drive, and process-oriented personality Self-starter, comfortable working in fast-paced, growing environment #LI-RD2Benefits Roku is committed to offering a diverse range of benefits as part of our compensation package to support our employees and their families.
