About the Role
The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Lead the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Develop strategic sales plans based on company goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing to align sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
Proven leadership experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong strategic planning and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Deep understanding of the healthcare market and its challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
