    Position Overview: As a Civil Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse civil construction projects and make a meaningful impact in the industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all phases of civil construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules that align with project objectives and client requirements.
    • Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, safety compliance, and quality control, and address any issues or concerns as they arise.
    • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and review change orders to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
    • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential risks or delays.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and environmental standards throughout the construction process.
    • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to promote collaboration and ensure project success.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction project management, with a focus on infrastructure development, site preparation, and road construction.
    • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve project goals.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore) and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
