Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Experimental work will be the core job function, with 80% of time spent leading from the bench
• Be highly organized and practice robust experimental techniques including diligent recording of experiments in electronic lab notebooks
• Work independently to develop cell-based assays to evaluate the effects of target modulation on immune-relevant pathways
• Communicate effectively in a variety of written and oral formats
• Help establish a positive site culture and provide informal mentorship to colleagues
