What You Will Be Doing:
The Insurance Operations Manager is responsible for managing supervisors who oversee teams of claims adjusters and underwriters, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of claims and underwritten policies.
Participates with AmShield supervisors in the selection, hiring and training of new employees, and performs personnel-related functions for employees, including regular performance reviews and initiating promotions, transfers, disciplinary action, terminations, and salary recommendations.
Develops and implements strategies to optimize departmental performance, mitigate risks, and enhance customer satisfaction.Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, a Credit Bureau Report may be ordered on final candidates.
