As a national defense firm, we're seeking passionate attorneys licensed in Idaho with experience in General Liability, Auto, and professional lines including Medical Malpractice and Assisted Living/long-term care. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-7 years of experience.     General Liability Practice Group

    At QPWB, our General Liability Practice Group is composed of seasoned attorneys dedicated to assisting a diverse range of clients. From initial claims handling through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal, we provide comprehensive legal representation tailored to the unique needs of each client. As an Attorney specializing in General Liability, your role will involve:

    • Medical records analysis
    • Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity
    • Drafting discovery and responding to discovery
    • Draft and respond to discovery-related motions
    • Regularly attending court appearances
    • Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
    • Drafting motions for summary judgment

    What You'll Bring

    To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

    • Admitted to practice in the State of Idaho.
    • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively.
    • Demonstrate excellent research abilities and strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Draft and respond to discovery-related motions.
    • Regularly attend court appearances.
    • Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
    • Draft motions for summary judgments.
