    Fraser is currently looking for a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team. In this role, you will have the chance to conduct therapeutic evaluations, administer treatments, and provide interventions to the pediatric population and their families at our Fraser's Autism Center of Excellence Satellite (FACES).

    At FACES, our collaborative team, comprised of Behavioral, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, works closely with families to assess children's strengths and needs continually. We customize treatment approaches to maximize client independence, ensuring that each individual receives the care and support they deserve.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of Doctor's order and establish appropriate treatment goals.
    • Provide therapeutic treatment according to the Doctor's orders.
    • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.
    • Collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners.
    • Maintain clean equipment and in good repair.
    • Communicate with funding sources as directed by the clinical accounts receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.

    Compensation:

    • Starting pay is $70,000 per year
    • $2,000 hiring bonus

    Location & Schedule:

    • Monday through Friday between 8am-6pm
    • Saint Cloud, MN

    Requirements

    • Master's degree in communication Disorders (emphasis on Speech pathology) or equivalent
    • Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health required (minimum of temporary license)
    • Accepting Clinical Fellowship Year candidates
    • Valid U.S. Driver's License with acceptable record and ability to pass DHS Background check
