    Account Coordinator

    Our Lebanon, NH client needs an Account Coordinator for their rapidly growing team. This full-time, direct-hire role is a fantastic opportunity to build your career and truly make an impact at a caring employer offering competitive benefits

    Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator

    • Receive RFQs and route to sales team members
    • Track status of quotes and communicate deadlines with sales team
    • Provide order status and shipping updates to customers, and help address their inquiries
    • Enter purchase orders
    • Prepare and coordinate documentation
    • Schedule callings, meetings, and facility tours
    • Maintain accurate records
    • Perform additional support tasks and projects as assigned

    Qualifications of the Account Coordinator

    • Experience in manufacturing, customer service, or administrative support preferred but not required
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ERP or CRM experience a plus
    • Comfort working with technical documents such as drawings and specifications
    • Interest in optics, photonics, aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing a plus

    The Account Coordinator works Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. We look forward to connecting with you
