Join our dedicated landscape services team in Walpole, MA as a Fertilizer Technician. This full-time, hands-on role centers on applying fertilizers, lawn treatments, and soil amendments to maintain healthy, vibrant residential landscapes. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is attentive to detail, and is committed to plant care and safety.In this position, you will help ensure every lawn and garden in Walpole, MA thrives through proper treatment application, accurate record-keeping, and teamwork.

Apply fertilizers, soil conditioners, and lawn care treatments following schedules and manufacturer guidelines.
Monitor turf and plant health, identifying issues and recommending corrective actions.
Operate lawn care tools, application equipment, and service vehicles safely and efficiently.
Maintain precise service logs and ensure timely completion of all scheduled treatments.
Adhere to company safety standards, environmental protocols, and quality expectations.
Collaborate with team members to streamline project workflow and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in fertilization, lawn care, or landscape maintenance preferred.
Understanding of turf management, fertilizer application, and plant health practices.
Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and perform physical outdoor work.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a team environment
