    Maintaining a consultative sales approach, you will guide customers through their options, utilizing AT&T's full suite of products at your fingertips – the latest devices and tailored services that bring friends, families, and communities closer together.

    Key responsibilities include working on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and building relationships through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

    Your schedule will vary between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to ensure you are available when our customers need us. You will have access to seniority-based schedules two weeks in advance.

    This is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.

    We offer comprehensive training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals, even if you lack prior sales experience.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.53-$17.80 per hour plus uncapped commission opportunities. Top performers can earn up to $62,460 per year, depending on individual performance and geography.

    We provide an array of benefits, including medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement program, paid time off and holidays, sick leave, paid parental leave, adoption reimbursement, disability benefits, life insurance, and supplemental benefit programs.
