    Immediate need for a talented Desktop Support. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Santa Clara, CA(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

    Pay Range: $25 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a technical understanding of corporate IT environment so you can effectively support our users.
    • Answer to local and remote users' configuration questions and other requests, helping them to solve problems.
    • Work together with site managers and developers to guarantee an efficient IT environment for our SW engineers.
    • Work to automate maintenance tasks.
    • Develop solutions which empower users to solve problems on their own and document the solutions.
    • Help to plan HW and SW allocation ahead of time, especially for new employees.
    • PC/Laptop refresh machine build with Admin duties.
    • Picking up Global IT Desktop tickets
    • Office move installing Client, phones, Monitors, the move, meeting room TVs setup, support
    • Check/refurbish/reimage/proactive check a dozen user laptops
    • Supervising 3rd party vendors
    • Define mobile contract needs
    • Procurement duties.

    Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

    • Windows laptop administration and problem solving.
    • Windows desktop environments such as Windows 11, Client, Office 365, Duo, Cisco VPN.
    • Microsoft Autopilot.
    • TCP/IP networking setup and solutions to common configuration problems.
    • DNS, NIS, and DHCP administration.
    • Jam F and Intune.o Fluent English Speaker.
    • A passionate dedication to providing excellence in IT support to your users.
    • User application experience in a PC and mobile environment.
    • Good all round user support in a global office environment.
    • Be familiar with a ticketing system for user requests.
    • Have great personable skills and a good communicator.
    • Someone who is helpful with a can do attitude.
    • Always willing to learn new things and willing to learn from mistakes.
    • Good organization and communication skills.
