    The starting salary for

    a Sales Representative

    is between $25

    Earn a +10% pay differential for eligible shifts.

    Sales associates are also eligible to participate in a performance driven incentive compensation plan in which top performers can earn up to $60,000 annually.

    Minimum

    Requirements

    High School Diploma (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years of customer facing work experience
    Or

    Associates Degree

    and minimum 1 year of customer facing work experience
    Or

    Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 months of customer

    -facing experience

    Skills:

    A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences to build trust,

    customers, and drive policy sales.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

    Enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills
