What You'll Do

• Guide customers at the sales counter through product selection, pricing, and availability, providing your expertise to both contractors and customers.
• Assist with order pick-ups at the will-call area, ensuring a smooth pick-up process.
• Process sales transactions with keen attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain an inviting sales area, ensuring merchandise is well-presented and stocked.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in customer service or retail (in the plumbing industry a huge plus)
• Drive to help customers find the right product for them
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Epicor Solar
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Bilingual skills a plus
