To organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility . You create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies . Director of Nursing is responsible for coordinating , scheduling , training , and team development among the nursing department.

If you have exceptional resident care, customer service and enjoy helping other staff learn and improve their skill set this is a great opportunity for you Must have an active Oklahoma RN license .
