    As the Attendance Assistant, this position will work with the attendance secretary to maintain accurate records, write passes for students, and attend to other student-related attendance issues as needed.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
    • Maintain office files and computer records with updated information, databases and related documents.
    • Assist with school-wide mailings and distribute daily any incoming mail to the York Student Services center.
    • Gather, maintain and reconcile student attendance records through PowerSchool at the beginning of day, during the school day, and at the end of the school day in accordance with established procedures and generate reports as needed.
    • Maintain a variety of analog and digital files for the purpose of providing up to date information and/or historical reference in accordance with administrative guidelines and District policy.
    • Other duties may be assigned.
