    Fairview Health Services is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department (ED) at our Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury, MN.

    Woodwinds Health Campus opened its 86-bed hospital in August 2000. Located on 30 acres of pristine wetlands in Woodbury, MN, it's the only hospital in the southeast metro area.     The shift length will be 12 hours on the NIGHT shift. This position will also work every third weekend.

    Assessing patient needs and identifying expected nursing outcomes;
    Developing an individualized nursing plan of care;
    Implementing interventions as needed during treatment based on the plan of care;
    Evaluating care and patient response to interventions and expected outcomes;
    Coordinating care with members of the health care team and delegating responsibilities to others as appropriate;
    Demonstrating the ability to advance care by utilizing standards, guidelines, care pathways, and continuous improvement to enhance patient outcomes;
    Performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act.
    Valid RN licensure from MN Board of Nursing
    1+ years of current ER RN experience
    Will consider 6 months of Acute Care RN experience
    Will consider a new grad with ED experience as a (SNI, capstone, EDT, Paramedic, ect)
    Associate degree in Nursing
    Bachelor's degree in Nursing
