    JOB OVERVIEW:

    This role is designed for someone who has a passion for driving business strategy and insights through data analytics and visualization tools.

    The ideal candidate will support the Head of Business Analytics in integrating data from different applications through a cloud-enabled, End-to
    • End data architecture to drive analytics based business results.
    This person will also promote and maintain the intrinsic company culture that fosters the firm's core values of:

    This person will work with Data Engineering, as well as various Departments such as IT, FP&A, Operations, Sales Planning, etc., to drive robust Business Intelligence solutions that address specific business needs.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Head of Business Analytics in owning the integration of ICP master data across multiple systems and defining reporting needs to drive business insights.

    Gather requirements from stakeholders to support specific reporting needs, then accurately analyze and collect data to develop reporting products (PowerBI).Maintain existing PowerBI dashboards to ensure continued accuracy and support any incremental development updates.

    Collaborate with Data Engineering to support any Backend table/data model development applicable to each reporting project.

    Maintain databases and perform updates to datasets as necessary Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.

    Support various Departments, including Finance, Operations, Sales, Training & Development, etc., in reaching their goals through reporting and analysis.

    Create and oversee training and best practice documentation covering usage of published reports and technical explanations to facilitate end user training at key moments in product lifecycle as well as new hire onboardings.

    REQUIREMENTS A university degree in computer sciences or comparable disciplines, ideally with a focus on Data & Analytics or Business Management.

    A minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of responsibility.
    Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
    Demonstrated ability to use SQL and/or Python to query complex datasets across the enterprise.
    Professional experience with data warehouse/lake supported PowerBI reporting.
    Professional experience with cloud-based data & analytics platforms such as Databricks. Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines across different teams/stakeholders.
    Demonstrated ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment while being adaptable to change. Experience in the luxury and/or consumer goods sector would be advantageous. Compensation includes competitive salary $120K (DOE), subsidized health benefits, generous PTO schedule and 401K plan.
