We re a passionate community dedicated to enriching lives through authentically crafted beverages and a warm inviting atmosphere Founded in 2011 by a group of friends we ve blossomed into a thriving chain with over locations across the Southwestern United States In this role the Team Member will focus on the overall customer experience by providing extraordinary customer service preparing efficient consistent and quality beverages and providing a clean and well maintained store environment This position starts with hours week Additional hours may be earned based on performance Salary Range per hour Non Exempt Location Chino Hills CA Onsite Job Responsibilities Interacting with our customers effectively and empathetically to grasp their needs through clear communication Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions Consistently prepare high quality products based company s recipes and each customer s needs Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift Communicating effectively proactively with management team members Performing all work related tasks as assigned by your supervisor Requirements Qualifications Must be able to regularly lift at least lbs Availability on one weekend day Friday Saturday or Sunday is required Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs Well organized self motivated positive team attitude Proficiency in basic math skills Flexibility perform many different tasks within store during each shift Capacity learn quickly carry out oral written instructions request clarification when needed Maintain regular consistent attendance punctuality Capability adhere instructions provided by supervisor management Ability interact productively coworkers meet store goals What We Offer Flexible schedule Team Member discounts Strong company culture Leadership development opportunities Fun collaborative working environment Whether this is your first job or you are taking next step in your career ,
