    5 Door Recovery, a program within Catholic Charities, has an immediate opening for a full time Clinical Support Specialist. The hours for this position are primarily evenings and weekends.     $Administers urinalysis and breathalyzer tests to residents as scheduled.

    dispenses medications to residents and accurately records; assists the medical case manager with checking in medications and creating Medication Administration Records.

    Documents for each resident in End of Shift Summaries and individualized Daily Notes observations of residents' attitudes toward treatment and recovery.

    Performs informal counseling with residents as needed and documents appropriately.

    Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC) or Substance Abuse Counselor-In Training (SAC-IT) eligible, or other credential with a specialized knowledge and training in mental health and substance use disorders, granted by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.

    Minimum of either Certified Recovery Coach or Certified Peer Support Specialist credential.
    Clear understanding of boundaries related to personal recovery, 12-step self-help, and professional treatment.
